Welcome!
Hi, we are Ken McArthur and Odinn Sorensen, and we are thrilled to welcome you to this giveaway event, which we plan to be a greatly impactful and profitable event for everyone participating.
Theme
We are launching this giveaway because we want to bring a huge amount of attention to the "Impact Boot Camp" event in Philadelphia August 22nd to 24th, and Ken McArthurs Impact Coaching clients, who will be trained on stage there for 3 days as part of the Impact Action Team. This all leads up to the much bigger "Life's Golden Ticket" event in Los Angeles September 26th to 28th.
LISTEN UP: The Impact Boot Camp and the coaching clients will receive MASSIVE attention from the media and many big players in the industry. The event will be recorded and turned into a big ticket product. What this means for YOU as contributor is that there will be a lot of traffic going to this giveaway site, from many more diverse sources than normal for internet marketing giveaways. This means fresh subscribers who are not usually exposed to giveaways or even internet marketing. It also means attention to YOU as contributor. Launch Date
The launch date is officially set to Thursday August 21st at 12pm US eastern time, but the gifts are available from the site now already. The end date is tentatively set to august 31st, but may be extended if there is interest or plans change.
Re-launch: This site will be re-launched for a second giveaway in conjunction with the "Life's Golden Ticket" event that runs September 26th to 28th. Details about that giveaway will be available later, but count on letting your gifts stay here until early october.
Gifts
The gifts will ALL be available on the OUTSIDE of the giveaway! Visitors will not be required to signup for the giveaway itself to get access to the gifts. Of course they will be encouraged to signup for some additional valuable gifts on the inside so you will get referrals counted and commissions for upgrades and offers.
We will generally accept any gifts of good quality, either downloadable stand-alone products that you have the rights to give away, or free access to membership sites that YOU operate personally (no affiliate links to other peoples sites are accepted). Note that the angles of this giveaway are "IMPACT" and "ACTION", so gifts which help the visitors create an impact or take action will be preferred and may receive special treatment.
Upgraded contributors can add up to three gifts. Non-upgraded can submit one gift only.
Please use an attractive graphic which is relevant to the gift. Remember, this is the first impression the visitor will get of you, so make it a good one. The gift graphic will automatically be resized to a width of 250 if the width is larger than 250.
The gift title and description must be clear and make it easy to understand what the visitor will get if they signup for it. Include a call to action. Remember, this is what "sells" the visitor on clicking through to your gift, so treat it as you would any other sales copy.
You must supply two links: A signup link and a direct download link. The signup link should lead to your squeeze page or membership signup page. The direct download link must lead to a page where the member can access the gift download a maximum of one click away, and it must be obvious where to find the gift download. This allows for you to put an OTO as the direct download link, but you must not require signup from the direct download link. For membership sites, the signup and download links should be identical, unless there is a way to bypass membership signup to get to the contents directly.
The direct download link is only made available to upgraded contributors and upgraded members. You should have some incentive on your direct download link page to get them on to your list. You could make them an offer for another free gift.
Automated gift removal: We don't use it in this giveaway, so play fair and send as much traffic as you can using whatever means you have. We reserve the right to suspend gifts from contributors who do not send traffic, even if they have upgraded ...
We reserve the right to suspend or not approve any gift which seems unsuitable for the giveaway.
Ranking
Your gift(s) will be ranked according to a formula that adds up points as follows:
- 1 point per member signup, 2 points if you upgrade.
- 2 points per contributor signup, 4 points if you upgrade.
- 40 points if you upgrade.
So if you upgrade and refer 3 contributors and 26 members, you get 40 + 3*4 + 26*2 = 104 ranking points.
But if you don't and still refer 3 contributors and 26 members, you get only 3*2 + 26 = 32 ranking points.
Upgrading really makes it add up quicky ...
NOTE: The Impact Coaching clients of Ken McArthur receive special treatment and get additional ranking points to make sure their gift stays at the top. This is because the giveaway is designed to showcase the coaching clients and draw attention to the good cause we will be working on as a team at the Impact Boot Camp and the Life's Golden Ticket events.
Commissions
You earn 50% (65% if you upgrade) on the $47 contributor upgrade offer.
You earn 50% (65% if you upgrade) on the $27 member upgrade offer.
Payouts
Contributors are paid using PayPal Mass Payments approximately once a week. You must add your PayPal email as soon as you have signed up and activated, so you can receive any commissions coming to you! :-)
ClickBank, PayDotCom, etc.
You can set your ClickBank, PayDotCom and other affiliate program IDs in the contributor settings. Please set them, as we may use them on the site and/or in mails for promotions of ClickBank or PayDotCom products on your behalf!
Member Upgrade Bundle
Members who upgrade will, in addition to all the direct download links, get a bundle of good quality fresh MRR / PLR packages.
Upgraded contributors also get access to the bundle.
Offers
Upgraded contributors can add one product offer, which will be presented in rotation after each login. You earn 50% commission on the offer. Referrers earn 25% commission. The giveaway host gets the remaining 25%.
Banners & Textlinks
This giveaway features 6 banner spots:
- One 468x60 banner top left under the menu.
- One 234x60 banner top right under the menu.
- Three 234 banners at the bottom.
- One peel ad banner (top right).
There are also two textlinks, which are used in various places as appropriate.
All banners and textlinks are randomly rotated among the total pool of banners and textlinks.
Banners and text links are only used in the giveaway part of the site, not on the blog.
Banner images and links must be related to internet marketing or self-help topics. Religious, political and "adult" images and links are not allowed and may cause your account to be deleted. We reserve the right to remove any banner we feel are inappropriate for this site or we find cause problems for the site.
NOTE: The actual banner and textlink positions and number of banners and textlinks in use may change before, during or after the event to optimize the site performance or look and feel.
The banners and textlinks are only available to upgraded contributors. Note however, that the banners and textlinks feature is not guaranteed, and removal of the feature cannot be made cause for refund.
Promotion
You must promote the event using any ethical means. This excludes SPAM, naturally.
You can use the sample promotional emails provided, but you SHOULD write your own, or at least substantially edit them to suit your own style.
You must promote the event with what means you can. If you don't send any traffic, we reserve the right to remove your gift(s) or even delete your membership.

You should go to the Recommended Links and fill in your own affiliate links for these products. This way you can build your downline or make affiliate commissions if anyone visits these links.
